Automobile Window Tint Reflection
Tint material should be non reflective, State laws have not specified the allowed tint reflection percentage. The same rule is applied for Cars and SUV or vans.

- Sticker: Some states in US made it mandatory for drivers to paste stickers on windows to certify legal tint is installed. However, Illinois state laws doesn’t require to paste stickers.

Medical Exemptions

Penalties for Violating Tint Laws
In case of Violating Illinois Tint laws, the tint ticket shall be issued with a fine of no less than $50 and not more than $500 in the first offense.
If you make second offense Class C misdemeanor with a fine between $100-$500 shall be applied, where a Class C misdemeanor carries a maximum penalty of up to 30 days in county jail and a maximum fine of $1500 plus any mandatory court costs.
